Kathleen Ellis-Foultz

Kelly is the Director of Financial Aid here at Delaware College of Art and Design. She received her bachelor’s degree from Widener University and her Master’s degree from Wilmington University.

Kelly has been in the financial aid field for over 34 years, . She assists students and their families in navigating the process of applying and receiving financial aid. She feels helping students achieve their academic goals is extremely rewarding.
