DCAD COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate

To ensure the safety and well-being of all DCAD students, faculty, and staff, our Continuing Education and Pre-College instructors and students must be vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide religious or medical exemption documentation upon request.

Course Cancellations and Changes

DCAD reserves the right to cancel, close, or reschedule any course due to insufficient enrollment or to change the instructor. In such a case, the student will be entitled to a full refund of tuition and fees. Students will be notified of cancellations or changes as soon as possible and given the option of enrolling in a different class or receiving a full refund less the Eventbrite fees which are included in the total tuition and lab fees paid. Refunds will be processed via Eventbrite to the payment method used for the original payment.

Tuition, Fees, and Registration

Tuition and lab fees (if applicable) are indicated as part of the course description. All course tuition and fees are paid through DCAD’s Eventbrite registration platform. Tuition and fees must be paid in full prior to the registration deadline, typically 24 hours prior to the start of the course.

Eventbrite fees are included in the tuition and lab fees and vary pending the total cost of the program. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total payment if a refund is requested.

Registration requires acceptance of DCAD’s Course Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policies.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal from a non-credit course must be done in writing to Lise Dubé-Scherr, the Director of Continuing and Professional Studies. You may do so via email [email protected] or in person at the Delaware College of Art and Design.

Lack of attendance, lack of course completion and/or notification to an instructor does not constitute withdrawal from a class. No Eventbrite registration fees will be refunded in the event of a withdrawal.
