Diana Milburn

As Director of Communications, Diana Milburn works to enhance the reputation and visibility of DCAD through marketing, public relations, and engagement strategies and tactics. Prior to coming to DCAD, her education and experience as an opera professional in the US and Europe led to a senior role at the national Broadway touring theatre The Playhouse on Rodney Square and the leadership of the Delaware Symphony Orchestra. She also served as the president of the board of directors for the Kosinski Foundation. Diana holds a degree from Hartt School of Music, University of Hartford, and certificates from the Goethe Institut in Rothenburg, Germany, and the UD Nonprofit Leadership Program. Diana and her husband have renovated and restored many old houses together, currently residing along the banks of the beautiful Brandywine in Wilmington, Delaware.
