The DCAD Financial Aid Office assists students in applying for all types of financial aid while providing valuable information about payment plans, loan options, external funding sources and student employment.
Ninety percent of DCAD students receive some form of financial aid to complete their education and the College strives to make securing aid as simple as possible. Students and their families may be eligible for a wide range of financial aid opportunities including school-supported scholarships and grants, government and private grants, and a variety of public and private loan programs. Students may also be eligible for the College's Work-Study program, and students and parents have the option of applying for private loans.
Students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered for various forms of federal financial aid. The FAFSA determines the amount and what type of financial aid a student may receive. DCAD strongly encourages students to submit the FAFSA as soon as possible after January 1. For more information, contact the DCAD Financial Aid Office at 302.622.8867 ext. 105 or ext. 122, or email@example.com.
